Our Inception
Knowplicity Recruitment & Training Consultancy Pvt Ltd, registered in the year 2019. Knowplicity was incorporated in the year 2013 under the banner of “Footprints Consultancy” as a proprietary firm. Specializing in talent fulfillment needs of leading banking & NBFC institutions in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore & Chennai, we offer an array of services to a number of clients across varied industries. We specialize in helping organizations fulfill their talent needs by customizing our headhunting, preliminary screening and background and documentation check procedures to ensure we help the organizations to have a perfect fit.

For few of our specific NBFC clientele, we also try to do a basic background check of candidate as part of our pre-screening process
